NOTTEVERA today introduced a new free shipping and free returns policy for all US online orders received through its website nottevera.com. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees. Returns are also free. The new free shipping and free returns policy is intended to provide NOTTEVERA customers with added value when shopping at nottevera.com.

Our new policy is simple: effective immediately, all US online orders will ship for free with USPS, and that includes orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. NOTTEVERA PRESENTS S/S 2017 COLLECTION TO INDUSTRY INSIDERS AND VIP CUSTOMERS

While the fashion-frenzied were lining up inside the Skylight at Moynihan Station for New York Fashion Week, NOTTEVERA was quietly serving champagne to a select group of industry insiders and VIP customers in its sleek midtown showroom located a few blocks away.

As with the prior year, the Company opted to present its new collection in a presentation format, thus allowing guests to get a closer look at the products. About 60 guests attended the event.

“We like the presentation format” said NOTTEVERA's Founder & CEO Sam Hinedi “it’s more informal than a runway show and it offers our guests the opportunity to see and feel first-hand the quality of our materials and our workmanship. It also allows us more direct contact with our customers”.

The new NOTTEVERA collection will be available exclusively online at nottevera.com in mid-2016.

NOTTEVERA UPS CAPITAL TO FUND "AGGRESSIVE AND WELL CONTROLLED" INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

NOTTEVERA's shareholders have agreed to increase the Company's share capital during a special meeting of shareholders held today in New York. Proceeds from the capital increase will finance the Company’s expansion into selected new international markets, primarily in Asia.

Commenting on the announcement, NOTTEVERA's Founder & CEO, Sam Hinedi, said: "This new capital injection underlines our shareholders' unwavering commitment to build NOTTEVERA into a global fashion brand. The fresh funds strengthen considerably our financial profile and allow us to better capitalize on growth opportunities in promising new international markets by pursuing an aggressive and well controlled strategy. NOTTEVERA ESTABLISHES ASIAN FOOTPRINT WITH NEW KOREAN SUBSIDIARY

NOTTEVERA is pleased to announce that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in South Korea. 

Based in Seoul, NOTTEVERA KOREA CO. LTD. aims to introduce the NOTTEVERA brand to Korean customers through the sale of the Company’s Italian-made products through various retail and wholesale channels.

The move underscores the company’s commitment to grow its business globally and to support its brand with wholly-owned subsidiaries in key strategic international markets.

Sam Hinedi, Founder & CEO of NOTTEVERA, said: “We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding into the Korean market this year. This is an important step forward for us, Korea is Asia’s fourth-largest economy and one of the world’s most dynamic. NOTTEVERA CEO AND MAYOR OF JINJU CITY MEET ON THE SIDELINES OF THE TEXWORLD TRADE SHOW IN NEW YORK

NOTTEVERA CEO Sam Hinedi and the Mayor of Jinju City, Mr. Chang Hee Lee held a high-level meeting on the sidelines of the Texworld Trade Show at the Javits Center in New York.

Discussions centered around new opportunities for Jinju silk in the US.

Jinju, located in Korea's South Gyeongsang province, is a historic city with breathtaking scenery and a thousand year-old cultural heritage. Since ancient times, Jinju silk has been recognized for its superior quality, which is derived from the combination of unique natural resources, superior dyeing techniques and centuries-old human expertise. Today, Jinju accounts for approximately 70% of Korea's annual silk production, and its 'Silkian' brand of silk is sold and appreciated worldwide.

Under the leadership of Mr. Lee, Jinju is striving to open new markets for its prized silk and NOTTEVERA will assist in that effort by sharing information related to the textile and fashion industries in the US.
