All NOTTEVERA products are conceived, designed and made in Italy in accordance with standard Italian sizing.

HOW TO MEASURE:
BUST: Measure the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST: Measure around your waistline, at bellybutton level.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
INSEAM: Take your best-fitting pant and lay it flat. Measure the length from the crotch to the hem.
We value your privacy and make it easy and safe for you to shop online with us. We use Paypal and Shopify to process online orders. These platforms use SSL encryption technology to keep your information safe and do not share your financial data with us. You do not need to sign up for Paypal or Shopify to purchase from us.
Our reputation is based on your satisfaction. We believe that our products must fit you flawlessly. If you don't absolutely fall in love with your NOTTEVERA purchase, simply return any unwanted merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and with original tags attached) for an exchange or a full refund.

US Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all US orders of $150 or more, and a low $7.95 flat rate for orders less than $150. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders: We charge a flat $39 for all international orders. All orders are shipped with USPS International Priority Mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied by host countries.
Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment (funds clearance) and are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address. Delivery times may vary, but usually take 3-5 business days. Please contact customer service if you need to place an order for rush delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You can return or exchange any regularly priced item provided it is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and with original tags attached).
Returns must be postmarked within 10 (ten) days of our original delivery date and must contain the original Packing Slip, Returns Form and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email us for your RA#, and we will promptly provide you one.
Items that do not meet the above guidelines, intimates, swimwear, damaged and worn items, shoes received with postage stamps attached to their original box (shoe boxes should be placed inside a shipping box), sale items, free gifts, gift certificates and items postmarked after 10 (ten) days from our original delivery date will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are payable by customer. Please note that international returns into the US may be subject to US customs duties, legal, regulatory and other practical restrictions. It is your responsibility to comply with all relevant legislation and cover all expenses associated with your international return.
Refunds are usually processed within three (3) business days after receipt of your package conforming with the above conditions, and are issued in your original form of payment. Please note that your financial institution may require a few extra days to post your credit to your account.
